Position Overview:
The Senior Analyst will oversee the daily management of search and commerce media for designated brands. This role entails monitoring and enhancing search and commerce campaign strategies, execution, and innovation.

The Senior Analyst is expected to cultivate a deep understanding of client businesses and leverage their media expertise to fulfill client objectives effectively.

They will collaborate closely with their supervisor to develop and communicate comprehensive search and commerce recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop paid search and commerce strategies across various search engines and platforms.
2. Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve business goals.
3. Conduct keyword research essential for creating new campaigns.
4. Gather relevant data for strategic planning.
5. Organize keywords into ad groups and create pertinent ad copy and extensions.
6. Present recommendations and incorporate client feedback into keyword and copy proposals.
7. Upon campaign approval, create flowcharts and input buys into the management system.
8. Generate necessary documentation for purchase authorization and ensure vendor signatures are obtained.
9. Manage the trafficking of approved plans into search engines.
10. Ensure quality assurance of all campaign elements prior to launch.
11. Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments.
12. Advocate for campaign modifications based on performance analysis.
13. Actively monitor performance metrics and the competitive landscape.
14. Develop and implement optimization strategies and testing plans.
15. Analyze data to produce campaign reports and derive strategic insights with actionable recommendations.
16. Create clear and concise quantitative analyses with effective data visualization.
17. Participate in client status meetings and reporting calls, presenting findings.
18. Manage the monthly billing cycle, including invoice tracking and buy actualization.
19. Resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with client strategy and finance teams.
20. Master relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis.
21. Understand core metric calculations and their interrelationships.
22. Serve as a resource for Analysts, providing training and support.
23. Build strong relationships with client teams and partner agencies to facilitate seamless communication.
24. Establish professional rapport with media vendors and sales representatives.
25. Collaborate with management to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
26. Ensure timely delivery of all assignments.
27. Complete all required training programs and certifications.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in paid media, focusing on commerce.
- Proficient in buying and planning across multiple platforms, including Google, Bing, and others.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, and Target platforms.
- Experience with AMS, AAP, Criteo, and/or Google Ads is preferred.
- Knowledge of Amazon Retail Analytics and third-party digital shelf reporting tools is advantageous.
- Experience in client-facing roles is essential.
- Ability to integrate paid media strategies with earned media campaigns to meet business objectives.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information:
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office each week.
