Job Overview:

The Commerce Program Manager at Spark Foundry plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of Commerce for a significant digital account. This position is designed to ensure that the program aligns with client goals and fosters the growth of their online business.

The Manager will collaborate with clients to navigate the Commerce media landscape and engage with client stakeholders to formulate a comprehensive strategy across various Commerce platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Gather essential research and data to develop tactical plans and recommendations for client delivery.
  • Oversee daily Commerce budget and billing activities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Present strategic recommendations, solicit feedback, and guide Analysts in implementing client insights into campaigns.
  • Contribute to account strategy, including annual budget creation, KPI establishment, partner selection, and monitoring industry trends.
  • Review necessary documentation for purchase authorization and ensure vendor signatures are obtained.
  • Conduct quality assurance on all campaign components prior to launch.
  • Advise on campaign adjustments based on performance analytics.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding performance amidst competitive dynamics.
  • Develop and recommend optimization strategies and testing plans.
  • Generate campaign reports and derive strategic insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver clear and concise quantitative analyses, emphasizing strong data visualization.
  • Lead client status meetings and reporting sessions.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving billing discrepancies in collaboration with the client strategy and billing teams.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Respond promptly to daily inquiries related to campaign performance.
  • Maintain a professional rapport with sales representatives and media vendors.
  • Demonstrate creativity and agility in problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure timely deliverables.

Team Leadership:

  • Guide Analysts in constructing new campaigns across all Commerce tactics and platforms.
  • Review and prepare deliverables for clients, ensuring comprehensive quality assurance.
  • Train new Analysts and serve as a resource for ongoing inquiries.
  • Work closely with Analysts to prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively.
  • Provide direction for campaign structure, budget management, and targeting development.
  • Ensure final quality assurance before client delivery and campaign launch.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on account management experience in online advertising with a focus on Commerce.
  • Extensive experience in activation and optimization on Amazon and Criteo platforms.
  • At least 1 year of demonstrated success in managing and leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge of ad serving platforms and online analytics solutions.
  • Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and testing methodologies is preferred.

Additional Information:
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence three days a week. All information will be handled confidentially in accordance with EEO guidelines.
