Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead our Commerce Media initiatives. This role is ideal for a digital media expert with a strong background in Retail Media Networks, capable of driving significant performance for major global brands. As the Manager of Commerce Media, you will oversee the strategic elements of integrated RMN Search and Display campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for day-to-day client interactions.
  • Build and nurture robust relationships with industry platform and publisher partners.
  • Lead the formulation of search and display strategies, including keyword recommendations and scheduling tactics.
  • Assist the Associate Director in preparing monthly QBR and MMM reporting.
  • Supervise Sr Analysts and Analysts, ensuring effective monitoring and optimization of search campaigns.
  • Establish and promote best practices for Retail Media activations across various tactics.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns, maintaining accountability and precision.
  • Draft and present media strategies, translating them into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Ensure media deliverables align with client objectives and expectations.
  • Manage retailer and vendor RFPs, focusing on audience targeting strategies.
  • Oversee performance forecasts and budget allocations, providing data-driven insights.
  • Encourage teamwork and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Provide innovative solutions to client challenges.
  • Understand and communicate the implications of insights across different programs.
  • Explain attribution models relevant to retail search partners.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and manage multiple client stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for campaign execution.
  • Communicate our value proposition and technological capabilities to enhance agency growth.
  • Adopt and refine account management standards and program management practices.
  • Organize and manage meetings, including scheduling and agenda development.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the Commerce Center of Excellence to support agency-wide capability development.
  • Assist in documenting best practices for improved team communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years of experience in digital media.
  • Previous experience managing direct reports is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of retail media search and display activations, including media planning and buying processes.
  • In-depth understanding of programmatic buying and familiarity with DSP platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Experience with campaign automation tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills and ability to lead discussions.
  • Strong communication and writing abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
