Position Overview:

As the Lead Educator for Financial Crime Mitigation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our educational initiatives within the realm of financial crime prevention. This position is designed for those who are passionate about developing training programs that foster a culture of compliance and awareness across the organization.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the training landscape at BinckBank, focusing on the prevention of financial crimes. You will collaborate with a diverse team, contributing to an environment that values professionalism, engagement, and innovation.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement comprehensive training modules that address critical areas such as anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), fraud prevention, and compliance with sanctions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated team to continuously enhance the Financial Crime Prevention training program.
  • Develop engaging and effective training materials that resonate with employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate and refine training programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Establish a robust onboarding process that integrates financial crime prevention training for new team members.
  • Mentor internal trainers to maintain high standards of training delivery across the organization.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and regulations in financial crime prevention to ensure our training remains relevant and effective.

Your Profile:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in financial crime prevention and a passion for education. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar educational role.
  • Expertise in compliance, AML, fraud detection, and risk management.
  • The ability to create engaging, digital learning experiences that are scalable and adaptable.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information in an accessible manner.
  • A global mindset, with experience in an international organization.
