Position Overview:
The Lead SAP Finance Manager will spearhead critical program and project initiatives focused on Finance Systems and Integrations.

Role Responsibilities:
This individual will serve as the subject matter expert, overseeing content, processes, and procedures related to SAP Finance. The role includes managing a team of internal and external FICO resources while collaborating with other SAP teams (SD, MM/PP), technology, and finance business units to ensure timely delivery of robust functionalities.

Team Leadership:
Direct and oversee the efforts of the Finance team, consisting of both internal and external resources. Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team members' skills and career development. Collaborate across the Enterprise Systems team to foster a high-performing environment.

Project Management:
Identify and prioritize areas for improvement, creating actionable plans and gaining support from various stakeholders. Work closely with the Architects Team to gather requirements and formulate effective Solution Models that communicate technical concepts clearly.

Solution Architecture:
Conduct detailed analyses of complex business process requirements and align solution capabilities with enterprise architecture principles. Lead the design of finance ES applications, ensuring quality assurance in configuration and master data management.

Qualifications:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Enterprise System technologies, particularly SAP within Finance.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience managing diverse teams.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other relevant SAP technologies is essential.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage third-party partnerships.
