Position Overview: We are currently in search of a Sales Coordinator to assist with sales and order processing for our regional offices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the sales team in building relationships with key end-users and integrators, ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the regional sales team and leadership to organize and prioritize open orders, effectively communicating updates.
  • Acting as the liaison between the regional sales team and Product Sales Administration.
  • Providing updates on order status to key end customers and system integrators.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our sales quoting system (CPQ - Configure/Price/Quote) and delivering training to new and existing sales team members.
  • Verifying the accuracy of customer information on purchase orders before processing.
  • Ensuring the correctness of sales entries against customer purchase orders prior to entry.
  • Tracking significant orders through retrofit processes.
  • Assisting in proposal development and completing necessary internal procedures, forms, and approvals integral to FANUC's sales process.
  • Following up on aging leads from marketing and those distributed to integrators.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of product knowledge and staying updated on FANUC product information and automation solutions.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in order execution or customer service within a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships at all levels, including engineering and management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functional areas.
  • High level of personal initiative and the ability to work independently.
