Position Overview:
Keffer Mazda is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Specialist. This role is a full-time, hourly position within the automotive sector.

The ideal candidate will operate independently, delivering outstanding customer service while assisting clients with their automotive parts requirements.

The primary duty of this position involves overseeing the parts inventory and ensuring that customer orders are processed promptly and efficiently.


Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time role offers an hourly wage ranging from $12 to $18, contingent upon experience.

We provide biweekly compensation along with a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, in addition to vacation and sick leave.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with their automotive parts inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Oversee parts inventory, ensuring items are well-stocked and systematically organized.
  • Employ computer systems to research and order parts for customers.
  • Generate and manage invoices for customer transactions.
  • Address phone inquiries and process orders for parts from clients.
  • Maintain precise records of inventory and parts sales.
  • Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to guarantee timely parts delivery for vehicle repairs.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a prompt manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive field.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts and components.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to utilize computerized systems for parts lookup and ordering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
