Job Overview:

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and the seamless execution of marketing initiatives within the organization. This position is essential for driving growth and enhancing the brand's presence in the market while supporting all sales endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and divisional team members to formulate and implement marketing strategies that align with real-time market dynamics and growth targets.
  • Work in conjunction with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that all company communications reflect a consistent message and effectively highlight the company's unique selling propositions.
  • Develop and execute marketing concepts that establish HSM Solutions as the leading provider of innovative transportation seating solutions.
  • Create and manage impactful print and digital marketing materials aimed at prospective clients.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of web content to effectively communicate our product offerings.
  • Design and implement online marketing strategies utilizing email campaigns, pay-per-click advertising, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate all elements of trade show participation, including the creation of booth content, development of key messages, and scheduling customer meetings.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors responsible for producing creative, print, and digital marketing materials.
  • Represent the division at various industry events and exhibitions as required.
  • Regularly assess market conditions and sales data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales performance across the product portfolio.
  • Prepare bi-weekly reports detailing activities and results for management review.
  • Collaborate with product development teams and suppliers on new product configurations and launches to maximize success.
  • Maintain professional growth by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and engaging with professional networks.
  • Perform additional support-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is required. A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating effective communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams is essential. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), is necessary. Candidates should exhibit high energy, self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks are crucial. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time is expected.
