Job Overview:

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and the coordination of all marketing initiatives within the organization. This position is vital for the growth and development of HSM Solutions by fostering a robust brand presence and supporting all sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and other team members to devise, organize, and implement marketing strategies that align with market dynamics and growth objectives.
  • Work in tandem with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging that reflects the strategic vision of the company across all market communications.
  • In conjunction with leadership, develop and execute marketing concepts that position HSM Solutions as a leading provider in the industry.
  • Create and maintain effective print and digital marketing materials for prospective clients.
  • Manage web content to ensure a strong online presence and showcase the product portfolio.
  • Develop impactful online marketing strategies utilizing email, PPC, and social media platforms.
  • Oversee all aspects of trade show participation, including content creation, messaging development, and scheduling customer meetings.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for creative, print, and digital marketing materials.
  • Represent the organization at various industry events and exhibitions as required.
  • Regularly analyze market conditions and sales data to identify opportunities for growth across the business portfolio.
  • Prepare bi-weekly reports detailing activities and results for management review.
  • Collaborate with product development teams and suppliers on new product configurations and launches to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Enhance professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and engaging in professional networks.
  • Perform additional support-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience demonstrating effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Must possess a willingness to learn new programs and processes.

Attributes: High energy, self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, strong initiative, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
