Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to enhance our sales and order processing efforts across our regional offices. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team in building and maintaining relationships with key end-users and integrators.
  2. Collaborate with regional sales leadership to prioritize and manage open orders effectively.
  3. Act as the primary communication link between the regional sales team and Product Sales Administration.
  4. Provide updates on order status to key end customers and system integrators.
  5. Become proficient in our sales quoting system (CPQ - Configure/Price/Quote) and train new and existing sales team members on its functionalities.
  6. Verify the accuracy of customer information on purchase orders before processing.
  7. Ensure sales entries align with customer purchase orders prior to entry.
  8. Support the tracking of critical orders through various processes.
  9. Assist in proposal development and manage necessary internal procedures and approvals.
  10. Follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts and those assigned to integrators.
  11. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay updated on FANUC's offerings and automation solutions.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in order execution or customer service within a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of tact and the ability to work effectively across various functional areas.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
