Job Overview:

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and coordinating all marketing initiatives within the organization. This position is vital for driving growth and achieving the company's objectives by establishing a robust brand presence and supporting all sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and other team members to devise, organize, and implement marketing strategies informed by current market data to achieve growth targets while maximizing profitability.
  • Work in conjunction with Sales and Marketing teams to guarantee that the company’s messaging aligns with strategic goals across all market communications, effectively utilizing the company's unique selling propositions.
  • In partnership with leadership and the sales team, create and execute marketing concepts that position HSM Solutions as the preferred provider of Transportation Seating Solutions:
    • Produce clear and impactful print and digital marketing materials for potential clients.
    • Maintain and enhance web content to effectively communicate our online message and showcase our product portfolio.
    • Develop effective online marketing strategies utilizing email, PPC, and social media platforms.
    • Oversee all aspects of trade show participation, including booth design, key messaging, and scheduling customer meetings.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors responsible for creative and marketing materials, including collateral, advertising, and sales presentations.
    • Represent the division at various industry events and exhibitions as assigned.
  • Regularly assess market conditions and sales data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales growth across the HSM Solutions portfolio.
  • Prepare bi-weekly reports detailing activities and results for management review and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with product development teams, suppliers, and contractors on new product configurations and launches to ensure optimal success.
  • Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and engaging with professional networks.
  • Perform additional support-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience demonstrating effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams at all levels.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to learn new programs and processes, exhibit high energy, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are crucial, along with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time is also required.
