  • Effectively respond to internet inquiries and leads.
  • Accurately document interactions with each prospective client in our database.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service within an outbound calling environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in phone-based roles is required.
  • General knowledge of the automotive sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability to work evenings until 9:00 PM and weekends as required by business needs.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
