We are currently seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking AT&T Account Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving account expansion, enhancing revenue streams, and creating pathways for both regional and national growth opportunities. You will serve as the primary market and account specialist for client leaders and the internal sales team as we prepare for future advancements.

Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Account Executive:

  • Lead a team of high-achieving AT&T Account Executives focused on a specific account through direct customer interactions.
  • Evaluate the sales pipeline and deliver consistent updates on campaign status to accurately predict growth trajectories.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential new accounts through individual sales initiatives to boost market presence and surpass sales objectives.
  • Manage and ensure the effective operation of the sales pipeline from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and establishing a referral-based sales network.
  • Implement sales strategies and generate new revenue through prospecting, lead-generation methods, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and consumer purchasing behaviors, sharing insights and updates with the Sales Department and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize your strategic leadership skills to inspire transformation, enhance performance, and cultivate high-performing sales teams.

Who You Are:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing role.
  • You have experience in leadership, mentorship, or coaching, focusing on building and nurturing high-performance teams.
  • You can positively influence others' attitudes, appeal to their motivations, and drive change through empathy, compassion, and accountability.
  • You have a visionary mindset and can establish realistic targets to achieve defined success.
  • You are known for decisiveness and a strong work ethic in pursuit of your goals.
