About the Role

Seclore Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Sales Leader to join our team as the Vice President of Sales for North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at key customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and develop and execute account strategies to close deals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer success.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, and SaaS technologies, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing business priorities and deadlines.
