Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through value-based selling techniques.
- Collaborate with various company resources to tailor solutions for specific sales scenarios.
- Develop compelling business cases for new product offerings and contribute to strategic planning.
- Present professionally to purchasing teams, engineers, and management at target accounts.
- Manage and drive sales objectives for identified key accounts within the designated territory.
- Coordinate with representatives in the region to ensure success at named accounts, utilizing channel partners as necessary.
- Provide customer support by addressing technical and commercial inquiries.
- Gather market insights to inform the company about competitive dynamics and product development opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database with customer and channel information regarding sales prospects and project statuses.
- Prepare precise business forecasts to assist in resource planning and sales prioritization.
- Involve company resources, including engineers and management, in account engagements as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of all expense reports and assigned initiatives.
- Lead additional projects as directed by management or as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor sales.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of circuits and semiconductor engineering terminology.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, collaborative, and enthusiastic demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA Degree.
- A strong desire to learn and explore new technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
