  • Oversee the creation and management of shipments in the NetSuite system, including cost tracking and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of shipments to clients, taking ownership of the process until final delivery.
  • Maintain accountability for preserving revenue by preventing out-of-stock situations for key clients.

4. **Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management:**

  • Evaluate, select, and nurture suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Apply industry best practices for cost reduction, supplier performance monitoring, and contract management.
  • Embrace a "Responsible Rebel" mindset by identifying opportunities for transformative improvements in sourcing and supplier management.

5. **Operational Excellence & Team Management:**

  • Stay informed of market trends and direct purchasing strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, maintaining detailed and accurate asset registers.
  • Encourage a "Responsible Rebel" approach to process improvement, where new ideas are tested and implemented with care and consideration.

7. **Data Analysis & Inventory Management:**
