Position Overview
The B2B Marketing Senior Consultant will play a crucial role in our Indirect Channel strategy, focusing on marketing our business products and services through third-party partners such as distributors and resellers. This position is vital for expanding our market reach and tapping into new customer segments.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of marketing initiatives targeting new and existing distributors and key accounts.
- Enhance communication strategies and develop rewards and incentive programs to support sales channels, aiming to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee the creative management and execution of campaigns, newsletters, and sales enablement tools for indirect sales channels.
- Maintain customer portals, ensuring branding and information are current and accurate.
- Proofread all creative content for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Work alongside internal and external creative agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with various internal teams, including product and legal, to address marketing needs for the Indirect Channel.
- Cultivate strong relationships with B2B indirect sales channels to understand their requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Support alternative sales channels by planning and participating in industry events and tradeshows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or account management, preferably in a B2B context.
- Experience in integrated marketing or advertising, with a focus on creative development.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of leading projects from concept to execution.
- Willingness to travel for events as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide creative direction.
- A proactive, energetic team player with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in telecommunications and indirect sales channels is a plus.
