Position Overview

The Director of Credit and Fraud is pivotal in driving the company's accounts receivable goals. This role oversees a team of Managers and Analysts, working collaboratively across various departments to establish effective credit and fraud prevention policies for both Fixed and Mobile sectors. The Director will pinpoint areas for enhancement, spearhead initiatives, and achieve favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute credit policies for both B2C and B2B segments in fixed and mobile operations.
  • Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and reduce bad debt while optimizing sales performance.
  • Formulate and enforce fraud prevention strategies to minimize losses related to mobile devices and fixed service disconnections.
  • Conduct analyses of customer trends to identify risks associated with device theft, fraudulent transactions, and identity fraud.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and external credit and fraud prevention tools to ensure the highest standards of customer protection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to established strategies and the development of new processes.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly KPIs related to credit and fraud to senior management.
  • Design, oversee, and manage relevant development projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Credit and Fraud management; an advanced MBA or MA is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of credit and fraud management tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Personable demeanor with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
