Position Overview

We are currently in search of several Business to Business (B2B) Inbound Sales Specialists to join our accomplished Sales team. You will be responsible for offering Connectivity and Entertainment solutions, including High-Speed Data, Video, and VoIP services to B2B clients. Our B2B Inbound Sales Specialists are experts in solutions; they must possess a solid understanding of Altice USA's business offerings and technology, assess client needs, and recommend suitable products and packages. You will maximize sales opportunities on every interaction and effectively communicate the features and advantages of our products and services to business clients. As a sales professional on our team, you will represent the best in the industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and finalize sales with business clients for our products and services.
  • Develop proposal documents that provide effective returns on investment for both clients and the organization.
  • Create action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and forecast the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities.
  • Identify sales prospects and reach out to assigned accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge.
  • Build and sustain relationships with current and potential clients, embodying the organization's values.
  • Oversee accounts through quality checks and follow-up actions.
  • Address and resolve client concerns while communicating new product and service opportunities.
  • Respond professionally to inquiries, educating clients on various product options.
  • Perform additional assigned duties while promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven success in B2B or consumer sales is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain self-motivation.
  • Proficient PC skills are necessary.
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or at least 60 college credits, or 3+ years of sales experience, military experience, or technical/trade school certification.
