Position OverviewThe Director of Credit & Fraud is essential in fulfilling the company's overall accounts receivable goals. This role oversees a team of Managers and Analysts and works closely with various departments to establish effective credit and fraud prevention policies across both Fixed and Mobile sectors. The Director identifies areas for enhancement, spearheads initiatives, and achieves favorable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute credit policies for both fixed and mobile sectors for B2C and B2B.
- Implement effective strategies to reduce financial risk and bad debt while maximizing profitable sales.
- Formulate and execute fraud prevention strategies to mitigate mobile device loss and fixed non-payment disconnections.
- Analyze customer trends to pinpoint risk areas related to device theft, fraudulent transactions, and identity fraud.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and external credit & fraud tools to ensure Altice maintains high-quality service and protection standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to existing strategies and the development of new processes.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly credit & fraud-related KPIs, leading discussions with senior management.
- Design, propose, and oversee all relevant development projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with 6+ years of experience in Credit/Fraud; an advanced MBA/MA degree is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Credit/Fraud tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and sound judgment.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general PC skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Approachable demeanor with the ability to effectively manage relationships at all levels.
