Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Administrative Coordinator to oversee the administrative functions within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee record management and information flow
  • Organize and maintain work environments
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Enhance internal communication across various departments
  • Handle Accounts Receivables, Payables, and bookkeeping tasks
  • Manage AIA billings and related reporting
  • Support a small business with diverse operational needs
  • Facilitate time and material billing processes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles or related fields
  • Familiarity with Foundation Software or similar construction accounting systems
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Must exhibit trustworthiness and professionalism
  • Highly organized and precise in work execution

Compensation: Salary based on experience.

Work Schedule: Fridays off, with a standard workweek.
