Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from initial concept through to completion.
  • Enhance customer experience by facilitating effective team communication and consultant coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines by reviewing architectural plans submitted by franchise partners.
  • Address complex design challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
  • Coordinate the design and construction of locations requiring build-out.
  • Evaluate completed plans, specifications, and material selections necessary for construction.
  • Develop space planning concepts and conduct test fitting exercises in line with brand design guidelines.

Qualifications:

We seek a results-driven Project Manager who possesses a persuasive and engaging demeanor, coupled with a passion for fostering customer relationships and a commitment to exceeding expectations. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for establishing rapport and credibility with stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education from a four-year college or university;

OR 5 – 10 years of relevant experience and/or training;

OR a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.

  • Prior project management experience in retail or food sectors is essential.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with basic construction plans and regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel.
  • Willingness to travel 5%-15% within and outside the region.
