REQUIREMENTS
• A polished professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion while assisting senior executives.
• A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within the construction or real estate development industries.
• Proficiency in managing tasks and time with effectiveness and efficiency.
• Strong computer literacy; advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.
• Excellent organizational abilities with experience in managing multiple schedules.
• A commitment to confidentiality and sensitivity in handling various issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee C-suite calendars, prioritize assignments, and coordinate meetings effectively.
• Prepare materials for executive meetings, including drafting agendas and gathering necessary documents.
• Occasionally deliver important documents/packages to clients on behalf of the executive team.
• Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive team.
• Execute various administrative duties as assigned, including document management and communication assistance.
ABOUT FLORIDA CONSTRUCTION CONNECTION
• A leading national construction firm specializing in design-build general contracting for both private and public sector projects.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
• Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000.
