Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a construction project management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of construction professionals. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications: OSHA 10/30 certification, and a valid driver's license.
