Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to play a key role in maintaining and growing our strategic client relationships with NextGen Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our strategic accounts, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and revenue, analyzing market data and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and customer service best practices, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks, managing competing demands and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in sales and customer service software.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
