About The Position

The Head of Customer Growth Strategies at Swooped plays a pivotal role within the Marketing division and the overall organization. This leadership position is responsible for spearheading customer acquisition and growth initiatives across various sectors, including Mental Wellness, Anti-Aging Solutions, Women's Hair Restoration, and Eyelash Enhancement. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by experimenting with and scaling both digital and traditional acquisition channels, implementing A/B testing and experimentation best practices, and fine-tuning the marketing mix to achieve optimal return on investment.

This role demands a unique blend of creativity, exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and strong leadership capabilities to propel Swooped into its next growth phase. The ideal candidate is adept at utilizing paid media strategies to enhance channel efficiency, generate leads, and drive purchases, while also harnessing the power of brand and organic marketing for expansion. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer acquisition and growth experimentation initiatives for Mental Wellness and Anti-Aging service lines to meet new customer revenue objectives while developing the growth marketing strategy and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget and offline channels such as Facebook, TikTok, TV, Influencer Marketing, SEM, Affiliate Marketing, and more; explore and test new channels that have the potential to scale successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to produce effective marketing assets that enhance performance across paid social media, television, and YouTube.
  • Assist other growth leaders in refining the attribution model with the data team to optimize the marketing mix and improve the return on investment for each channel; continuously enhance analytics in a dynamic environment.
  • Monitor relevant market conditions and competitive trends, utilizing insights to inform future strategies.
  • Work closely with the Lifecycle team to enhance customer acquisition through activation and CRM initiatives; focus on understanding the complete customer journey to maximize the lifetime value (LTV) of new customers.
  • Partner with the Brand team to create a premier brand experience and strategy; leverage out-of-home (OOH), television, and other brand channels to boost awareness.
  • Establish a testing strategy and framework across Growth channels; collaborate with Product teams to develop A/B testing strategies for the website and customer funnel.
  • Engage with the Strategy team and other key cross-functional leaders to execute critical strategic initiatives.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a small team of growth marketers.
  • Foster a growth-first mentality throughout Swooped.

Qualifications

  • 7-8+ years of direct experience in customer acquisition, growth, or related fields. Proven experience managing the customer journey from initial visit to purchase across multiple channels.
  • Experience overseeing multi-million dollar marketing budgets and effectively deploying resources to meet KPIs.
  • Demonstrated management experience leading teams across various functions within Growth, with a successful track record of talent development and retention.
  • Ability to drive both internal and external creative teams to produce impactful creative solutions that deliver on ROI while aligning with our brand values.
