About the Role:
The Head of Marketing Growth Operations at Resident plays a pivotal role within the Growth Marketing Team, reporting directly to the EVP of Marketing. This position entails the oversight of the analysis and management of advertising creative assets across a variety of platforms, including social media, YouTube, email, display, and print. Leading a team of Designers, AdOps specialists, and external agencies, the Head is accountable for project management, creative development, quality assurance, and collaboration with internal stakeholders. Utilizing tools such as Asana, Figma, Looker, and Facebook Ads Manager, the Head ensures the efficient flow and optimization of creative content.

What You'll Be Doing:
Here’s a brief overview of your responsibilities in this role:

  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Resident's marketing platforms and delivering high-quality advertising creatives tailored to each platform's strategy.
  • Managing creative briefs and development processes with various partners.
  • Overseeing creative editing, AdOps, and project timelines.
  • Leading remote/video meetings and enhancing reporting tools.
  • Facilitating teamwork and upholding project standards.

Skills/Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in marketing and digital marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management and Account Management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Looker, Slack, Asana, Figma, Facebook Ads Manager, and YouTube / Google Ads.
  • Experience in managing teams effectively.
