Position Overview
The Account Relationship Specialist plays a crucial role in managing service delivery and fostering relationships across multiple client accounts. This position requires an individual adept at building connections with client stakeholders at various organizational levels.

The ideal candidate will effectively balance client support with strategic influence, mobilizing internal resources to address client challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing needs promptly.
- **Account Reviews**: Conduct regular meetings to discuss performance metrics, value delivery, and additional service integration opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations and Finance, to coordinate client-related activities.
- **Client Communication**: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance client engagement and utilization of services.
- **Revenue Growth**: Drive contract renewals and identify opportunities for product expansion within existing accounts.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in client management within the healthcare sector.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales and meeting performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
