As the Head of Growth Marketing at Rockbot, you will be instrumental in shaping our advertising initiatives, marketing operations, website optimization, event promotion, and customer journey marketing strategies.

We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in enterprise-level organizations, particularly in B2B SaaS marketing, subscription services, and/or streaming media.

The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and customer retention roles, showcasing a successful history of driving and expanding pipeline generation in dynamic environments.

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all facets of marketing operations, including strategy formulation, execution, and optimization across multiple channels.
Design and execute impactful demand generation strategies to enhance customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.
Lead customer journey marketing initiatives to boost retention, upsell potential, and overall customer lifetime value.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and enhance brand presence.
Leverage data-driven insights to uncover opportunities, refine campaigns, and maximize return on investment.
Encourage a culture of creativity, innovation, and results-oriented thinking within the marketing team.
Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the marketing team, fostering scalability and achieving organizational objectives.

Your Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and customer retention roles.
Demonstrated success in driving and scaling pipeline generation in fast-paced settings.
Hands-on experience in event marketing and digital marketing channels, including paid social, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Display.
Outstanding communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Strong leadership skills, focusing on team development, scalability, and achieving organizational goals.
Expertise in problem-solving methodologies and project prioritization in time-sensitive environments.
Commitment to fostering transparency, communication, and fiscal responsibility within the organization.

Compensation:
Rockbot employs a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary based on your location in the U.S. The starting salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be adjusted in the future.
The compensation band for this role is $150,000 - $185,000 plus equity, and benefits for all team members.
