Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the completion of semi-monthly timesheets for Federal vertical employees.
- Manage the entry and posting of subcontractor and intercompany time.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
- Calculate and prepare monthly/quarterly fees payable to state and government entities.
- Process travel charges for Federal vertical employees.
- Facilitate the setup of new employees and subcontractors in the time entry system and resolve access issues.
- Monitor the Federal Finance mailbox daily, addressing inquiries and requests.
- Perform ad hoc reporting as needed.
- Cross-train in various areas within the Finance department.
- Engage in diverse accounting projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- A minimum of two years of accounting experience in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft NAV is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
