Head of Marketing Growth Strategies

Position Overview:
As the Head of Marketing Growth Strategies at Rockbot, you will be instrumental in shaping our promotional initiatives, marketing processes, website optimization, event outreach, and customer engagement marketing efforts. We are in search of an experienced leader with a strong background in enterprise-level organizations, particularly within B2B SaaS marketing, subscription services, and/or media streaming sectors. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and customer loyalty roles, demonstrating a successful history of enhancing and expanding pipeline generation in dynamic settings.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all facets of marketing operations, including strategic planning, execution, and performance enhancement across multiple channels.
- Design and execute impactful demand generation strategies to boost customer acquisition and revenue enhancement.
- Lead customer engagement marketing initiatives to improve retention rates, upsell potential, and overall customer lifetime value.
- Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to synchronize marketing strategies with business goals and elevate brand awareness.
- Leverage data-driven insights to uncover opportunities, refine campaigns, and optimize return on investment.
- Encourage a culture of creativity, innovation, and results-oriented focus within the marketing team.
- Provide robust leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities for the marketing team, fostering scalability and achieving organizational objectives.
Your Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and customer retention roles.
- Demonstrated success in driving and scaling pipeline generation in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on expertise in event marketing and digital marketing channels such as paid social, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Display advertising.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, capable of articulating complex concepts effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities, emphasizing team development, scalability, and the attainment of organizational goals.
- Proficiency in problem-solving techniques and project prioritization in deadline-driven contexts.
- Commitment to promoting transparency, communication, and fiscal responsibility within the organization.

Compensation:
Rockbot adopts a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary based on your location in the U.S. The starting salary for successful candidates will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $185,000 plus equity and benefits for all team members.
