**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team. This role will partner with our Vice President, Operations to ensure Human Capital Management initiatives align with our business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with Vice President, Operations to ensure Human Capital Management initiatives are aligned with business strategy
  • Deliver value-added initiatives to drive improvement in key areas including: Talent acquisition, Engagement and retention, Succession planning and pipeline development, Workforce planning
  • Assess capability and needs in the areas of leadership and management development by identifying skill gaps and training opportunities
  • Coach and mentor leaders to improve their skills
  • Develop retention strategies for high-potential talent
  • Analyze data, metrics, and trends to develop targeted and informed solutions to organizational and business challenges
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture, leading by example

**Requirements**

  • Strong working knowledge and experience within human resources disciplines including organizational design, workforce planning, talent assessment and development
  • Demonstrated success in creating and driving effective career development and retention programs
  • Advanced coaching and consultative skills
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis
