KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accountable for executing various Human Resources activities as directed.

Supports the creation and rollout of initiatives that enhance Human Capital programs.

Conducts reconciliations and audits of Human Resources data to uphold compliance and control standards.

Organizes and maintains documentation related to employee services.

Designs and administers surveys and/or research on diverse Human Resources topics.

Drafts policies and procedures aligned with organizational and departmental objectives pertaining to Human Resources functions.

Facilitates workshops and informs employees about Client benefits.

Generates a variety of reports for management evaluation.

Undertakes additional responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL:

Associate degree in business administration, with a focus on Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related discipline.


Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a Human Resources or related setting, including familiarity with one of the following HR domains (Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Organizational Development, Finance, Compensation, or Human Information Systems).

Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources principles and practices, along with federal, state, and local regulations. (Experience in Customer Service handling escalated employee matters is preferred.)

Proficient in using personal computers (PC) and software applications, including Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.


Ability to uphold a fiduciary responsibility to the section, division, department, and Client when managing confidential materials and information.

Demonstrates commitment to meeting the expectations and needs of both internal and external customers.

Gathers firsthand customer insights and leverages them for enhancements in products and services.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Operates in a setting with minimal exposure to dust, noise, or temperature extremes.

May encounter moderate exposure to challenging working conditions, including dust, noise, temperature fluctuations, weather, petroleum products, and chemicals while visiting Client's operational sites, provided all safety policies, procedures, and precautions are observed, along with the use of all provided protective gear.
