Human Resources Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for executing various Human Resources tasks as designated.
Supports the creation and execution of initiatives that enhance Human Capital programs.
Reviews and verifies multiple Human Resources records to guarantee adherence to compliance and control standards.
Organizes and maintains documentation related to employee services.
Designs and administers surveys and/or investigations on diverse Human Resources topics.
Formulates policies and procedures aligned with organizational and departmental objectives concerning Human Resources operations.
Facilitates various training sessions and informs employees about benefits offered by the organization.
Generates a range of reports for managerial assessment.
Undertakes additional responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
ESSENTIAL:
Associate degree in business administration, focusing on Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related discipline.
Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a Human Resources or comparable environment, including familiarity with one of the following HR domains (Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Finance, Compensation, or Human Information Systems).
Proficient in using a personal computer (PC) and software applications, including Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and databases.
Demonstrates a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive materials and information.
Actively seeks customer feedback to enhance products and services.
Engages with customers thoughtfully, establishing and nurturing effective relationships built on trust and respect.
Effectively manages time and prioritizes tasks efficiently.
Values time and focuses on critical priorities, achieving more in less time than peers.
Exhibits a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for tackling challenges.
Not hesitant to act with minimal planning, seizing opportunities readily.
Employs logical reasoning and methods to address complex issues with viable solutions.

Possesses strong written communication skills, able to convey messages clearly and effectively across various contexts.
Quickly grasps technical concepts and is adept at acquiring new skills and knowledge.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Operates in a setting with minimal exposure to dust, noise, or extreme temperatures.
May encounter moderate exposure to challenging working conditions, including dust, noise, temperature variations, and chemicals while adhering to all safety protocols and utilizing provided protective equipment.
