Job Overview
The Human Resources Specialist position at Mizzen+Main is pivotal in advancing HR initiatives that contribute to organizational effectiveness and growth. Key responsibilities encompass recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and resolving HR-related challenges. Responsibilities and Duties
- Facilitate a range of HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, benefits administration, payroll processing, retention strategies, and enhancing employee engagement.
- Serve as a culture ambassador, promoting a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes to secure top-tier talent.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and manage employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to fulfill business objectives.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Preferred certifications include SPHR or SHRM-CP.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence within an organization.
- Proficient in managing the complete recruiting lifecycle while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- A strong passion for nurturing a positive organizational culture.
