About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Service Center Representative II to join our team at Atkore International. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of employee-related processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Data Management: Utilize HRIS systems to ensure accurate and timely completion of employee-related tasks, including hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance with employment changes, such as shift schedule adjustments, layoffs, resignations, and leaves of absence.
  • HRIS Management: Partner with HR Business Partners to manage employee data within HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Cyclical Processes: Support HR processes, including service awards, open enrollment, annual merit process, and other employee-related initiatives.
  • Communication: Serve as a communication channel between HR and internal customers, providing information on approvals, processes, and projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in HR.
  • Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly UKG, and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
