The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce and enhancing our company culture. The HR Generalist will oversee various HR functions, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with legal teams to manage employment contracts and agreements.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and procedures across the organization.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Experience working with international teams and EORs.
