Position Overview

We engage in designing innovative, world-class projects utilizing cutting-edge technologies. This role is a hands-on design position within the Facilities Market Sector, encompassing design projects for facilities as well as site and roadway enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the Autodesk Civil 3D platform to create site drawings and models for civil site enhancements, roadways, and utility systems.
  • Draft construction plans, design calculations, specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections at various locations.
  • Compile design calculations, written reports, and project presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, proactively collaborating with team members and clients to address technical challenges.
  • Monitor work progress within established scopes and timelines, notifying project managers of any potential issues.
  • Prepare clear and concise written communications and engage in client and team meetings.
  • Conduct research and assist in proposal writing to support new business development.
  • Provide support to other market sectors on design projects as workload requires.
Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering.
  • Engineer-in-Training eligible for P.E. licensure.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD & Civil 3D.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience in preparing plans and design calculations for transportation, utility, and site improvements.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to embrace new challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated professional work ethic.
