Natera is looking for a Clinical Sales Application Consultant to support the Women's Health sales division. In this essential position, you will oversee initiatives to implement and evaluate the integration of our advanced prenatal education tool into client EMR systems, working closely with our sales representatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with Natera's EMR specialists, clients, and vendor partners to ensure effective integration and growth of our prenatal education offerings.

LOCATION: This role involves managing Natera accounts throughout Florida, and candidates must be Florida residents. The position entails 2-3 days of field travel weekly, with the remaining days dedicated to strategic planning conducted remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in promoting and managing the implementation of our prenatal education tool.
  • After implementation, conduct analytics to ensure smooth workflow and monitor account development.
  • Deliver outstanding field support for existing prenatal education accounts to maintain and enhance their EMR interface.
Core Duties:
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on new requests for the prenatal tool.
  • Coordinate projects with the internal EDI Team.
  • Provide comprehensive training and on-site customer support for new implementations of the prenatal tool.
  • Identify and resolve existing issues or opportunities for enhancement in the EMR interface, relaying feedback to clients, vendors, EMR team, Sales, and Operations.
  • Analyze EMR utilization data and collaborate with clients to boost electronic order rates.
  • Work closely with the EMR Team on key initiatives and product updates.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Associate's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical or laboratory sector.
  • Familiarity with various EMR systems, lab workflows, and client processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
  • Comfortable and proficient in presenting to accounts and training them on the tool.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • A keen sense of curiosity with a drive to gain deeper understanding; strong analytical skills to comprehend project details and requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with all audiences, including customers, commercial teams, and senior management.
In addition to the base salary, we provide a car allowance of $650 per month plus a gas card.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
