The Role:

Are you ready to take on a challenging yet fulfilling role? As a key operational support member for an active fighter unit, you will oversee the security and integrity of systems essential for mission success.

Our Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) is vital for the F-35 Lightning II, enabling operators to effectively plan and maintain their systems throughout the lifecycle of the aircraft.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and maintain necessary security clearances for program access.
  • Support active fighter units, with potential travel for military deployments as required.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet mission requirements.
  • Complete a pre-employment medical examination to ensure readiness for deployment in various environments.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Ability to secure INTERIM Secret clearance prior to employment.
  • Capability to achieve DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA) within 60 days of hire.
  • Experience in IT systems, including administration of databases and networks.
  • Familiarity with Windows, SQL, and Cisco technologies.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting applications.
  • Experience with account management in Active Directory, Oracle, or CRM systems.

Disaster Recovery Responsibilities:
  • Manage backups and restoration processes for servers, virtual machines, and databases.
  • Oversee Virtual Machine Management Services (Hyper-V / VMware).
  • Conduct hardware maintenance and system updates.
  • Administer Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems.
  • Handle large data imports and exports.
  • Knowledge of Lockheed Martin products and processes, particularly related to the JSF ALIS.
  • Understanding of COMSEC processes and mission planning systems.

Security Clearance Requirement:

This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens.


Work Environment:

This role is performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
