Job Summary

COLASKA INC is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee various project aspects, including construction activities, estimation, quality control, and project management support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance throughout construction projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Construction Management
    • Oversee construction activities, including labor, equipment, and material procurement.
    • Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets by reviewing reports and taking necessary actions.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications.
    • Conduct regular job site inspections and safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contract Administration
    • Manage contracts for subcontractors and material procurement.
    • Handle contract administration tasks, including billing and change orders.
