Arl Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Program Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our logistics and engineering functions.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics and Engineering Support: Provide expert-level support to our logistics and engineering teams, including damage control and personnel protection equipment and systems.
- On-Site Support: Offer on-site support for NSIRC and manage the DC/PPE library, ensuring seamless operations and efficient data management.
- Meeting Notes and Reporting: Develop and collect meeting notes and after-action reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Confidential Product Work: Collaborate on secret and confidential product work projects, ensuring the highest level of security and discretion.
- File Management and Research: Manage and research SIPR, NNPI, and NMCI files and data, providing critical support to our operations team.
- Scanning and Document Management: Scan and manage NNPI, NMCI, and SIPR documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- TEAMS Support: Provide technical support for TEAMS, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Flank Speed Maintenance: Maintain and update Flank Speed products, including NSIRC Dispatcher and NSIR DCC.
- Microsoft Product Usage: Utilize Microsoft products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, to develop and maintain critical documents and presentations.
- Gen Fam Notebook Presentations: Develop and present Gen Fam Notebook presentations, providing valuable insights to our operations team.
- Eng System Screen Displays: Collect and edit Eng system screen displays for ship classes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- IT Software Updates: Manage and implement IT software updates, ensuring seamless operations and efficient data management.
- IT Hardware Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and repair IT hardware issues in the NSIRC, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Sharefolder Maintenance: Maintain and update Sharefolder, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- One Drive File Management: Assist with One Drive file management, ensuring efficient and secure data storage.
- My Navy Portal Content Development: Develop and post content on the My Navy Portal, providing valuable insights to our operations team.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring the highest level of support to our operations team.
