Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain existing and new courses, ensuring seamless logistics and delivery.
- Create and maintain databases for tracking attendees, post-course evaluations, and provide statistical data to support training initiatives.
- Provide support to course instructors throughout the training process, ensuring their needs are met and tasks are completed on time.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, IT specialists, and training facilitators to ensure tasks are on track and completed.
- Provide logistical support for all other training needs, including the Security Cooperation Workforce Development Program, updating and reporting metrics.
- Assist the SYSCOM Security Cooperation Office Training Manager with ad-hoc tasks related to training.
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of specialized experience in curriculum design, with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university considered equivalent to four years of specialized experience.
- NAVSEA Security Cooperation experience is highly desirable.
- Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience is also highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 is required.
