About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at The Jule Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing client relationships in the Greater Seattle area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development and Lead Generation: Proactively drive lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
  • Client Collaboration and Recruitment Solution Proposals: Collaborate with client C-Suite and Leadership stakeholders to understand hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Internal Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with internal stakeholders to develop strategies that leverage the strength and knowledge of the team to provide value-added services successfully and within the project timeline.
  • Industry Knowledge and Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing guidance and recommendations to clients to mitigate risks and drive responsible recruitment efforts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships built on trust, results, and professionalism. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and objectives while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
  • Assessing Project Viability: Ability to determine the feasibility of potential projects and ensure alignment with the team's capabilities to meet client needs. Proven ability to set realistic expectations with clients and internal team members to achieve satisfactory completion of deliverables.
  • Social Media Marketing: Employ cutting-edge techniques to enhance The Jule Group's brand visibility and attract top talent, including contributing to content creation for the company's marketing pillars.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Journalism, Marketing/Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must reside in the Greater Seattle Area, as daily travel to client sites, conferences, and networking events is required in this role.
  • 3+ years of experience selling customized, high-value professional services in the B2B corporate ecosystem. Preference is given to candidates with experience selling staffing services or HR/Recruiting services.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets of $600K to $1M.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and applicant tracking tools.
  • Marketing experience driving brand awareness by creating meaningful content using social media channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook business accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM Certified or Professional Human Resources Certified.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in recruiting agency or corporate recruiting environments.
