Audienz uses effective methodologies to help clients better understand and connect with their audience to accelerate complex B-to-B sales.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing new sales programs, ensuring new business sales targets are met, and building a healthy project pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Audienz's programmatic sales motion and defining policies to maximize sales effectiveness
  • Helping increase Audienz's database of target companies and individuals in the Pacific Northwest
  • Designing and implementing effective sales programs
  • Conducting sales meetings and presentations
  • Orchestrating company resources to drive opportunities to closing

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales to large enterprises in the technology industry, proficiency in the IT landscape, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ sales targets.

Desirable skills include results-oriented self-motivation, strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical skills.

The Business Development Manager will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for developing and refining the business development strategy.

The salary will be a base salary plus commission of new business revenue, and the hours will be full-time.
