Business Development Manager

Audienz LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable new business growth. This role will ensure business expansion through managing and executing business development activities, aligning with the organizational strategy.
About Audienz LLCAudienz is a rapidly growing B-to-B marketing and sales consultancy based in Bellevue, WA, serving Fortune 50 clients in the Pacific Northwest. Established in 2008, the company has a proven track record of helping tech clients market and sell their products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute new sales programs to meet business targets and build a healthy project pipeline.
- Lead Audienz's programmatic sales motion and define policies to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Help increase Audienz's database of target companies and individuals in the Pacific Northwest.
- Design and implement effective sales programs, leading a healthy rhythm of touch points with target customers.
- Work closely with Audienz Principals to identify new opportunities and define effective sales pitches and approaches.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the Audienz vision and strategy.
- Support management and decision-making to ensure Audienz maximizes its short and long-term profitability.
- 4+ years of experience in sales to large enterprises in the technology industry.
- Proficiency in the IT landscape, particularly the software industry.
- Ability to develop and retain a portfolio of client relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ sales targets.
- Master level education preferred.
- Results-oriented and self-motivation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer
Salary: Base salary plus commission of new business revenue
