Audienz LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable new business growth. This role will ensure business expansion through managing and executing business development activities, aligning with the organizational strategy.

Audienz is a rapidly growing B-to-B marketing and sales consultancy based in Bellevue, WA, serving Fortune 50 clients in the Pacific Northwest. Established in 2008, the company has a proven track record of helping tech clients market and sell their products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute new sales programs to meet business targets and build a healthy project pipeline.
  • Lead Audienz's programmatic sales motion and define policies to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Help increase Audienz's database of target companies and individuals in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Design and implement effective sales programs, leading a healthy rhythm of touch points with target customers.
  • Work closely with Audienz Principals to identify new opportunities and define effective sales pitches and approaches.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the Audienz vision and strategy.
  • Support management and decision-making to ensure Audienz maximizes its short and long-term profitability.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales to large enterprises in the technology industry.
  • Proficiency in the IT landscape, particularly the software industry.
  • Ability to develop and retain a portfolio of client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ sales targets.
  • Master level education preferred.

Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer

Salary: Base salary plus commission of new business revenue
