As our Clinic Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and efficient atmosphere for our young clients and their families. If you are passionate about organizing schedules, coordinating appointments, and enhancing the overall clinic experience, we would be delighted to connect with you.

Compensation: $23.09/hr*

*Salary may vary based on relevant experience, certifications, education, and proficiency in a second language used in your role (50% of the time).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Leadership team with daily operations, company initiatives, and communications.
  • Collect data for general information or special reports and prepare reports as needed.
  • Manage complex and rapidly changing calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to assist with payroll, personnel databases, and other tasks.
  • Prepare various statistical data, agendas, memos, lists, forms, and other materials as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Ability to independently manage projects and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
  • Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)
  • Clear TB test
  • Clear Background Check through DOJ/FBI

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Diverse work settings, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
  • Noise levels may vary from moderate to loud, with physical demands subject to change
  • Engagement with individuals exhibiting a range of behaviors and needs
