As our Clinic Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and efficient atmosphere for our young clients and their families. Compensation: $23.09/hr*
*Salary may vary based on relevant experience, certifications, education, and proficiency in a second language used in your role (50% of the time).

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Leadership team with daily operations, company initiatives, and communications.
- Collect data for general information or special reports and prepare reports as needed.
- Manage complex and rapidly changing calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to assist with payroll, personnel databases, and other tasks.
- Prepare various statistical data, agendas, memos, lists, forms, and other materials as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity
- Ability to independently manage projects and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
- Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)
- Clear TB test
- Clear Background Check through DOJ/FBI
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Diverse work settings, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
- Noise levels may vary from moderate to loud, with physical demands subject to change
