Regional Business Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Business Leader to join our team at Great Day Improvements: A Family of Brands. As a Regional Business Leader, you will be responsible for leading a group of offices and driving business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance sales growth, profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company's operations.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage your Champion locations to ensure sales growth, targeted profit margins, great customer service, quality installation of products, and a culture focused on customer experience, trust, growth mindset, and high-performance teaming.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the executive team and departments to ensure that company operations, talent, sales, and strategic priorities are aligned and delivering.
- Accountability and Results: Act as a role model, coach, and advocate for great customer and employee experiences, enabling our people and holding them accountable for results.
- Process Improvement: Introduce and align on best practices and process improvement measures, ensuring accountability and alignment with Champion Playbook corporate policies and government regulations.
- Marketing and Sales Strategies: Execute on forecasted marketing plans, sales strategies for growth, and EBIDTA.
- Customer Needs and Communication: Communicate customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates with marketing and leadership to inform and influence strategies driving success.
- Business Leadership Experience: Proven success in business management, with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience in business ownership or managing a business, preferably in the home improvement industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, MBA preferred.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven experience recruiting, developing, and managing high-performance teams, creating a culture focused on growth mindset, trust, collaboration, and accountability for results.
- Marketing and Sales Skills: Ability to understand and execute marketing plans that align with company practices, teach fiscal management, and our business/sales model.
- Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, conflict resolution and/or mediation skills, and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
