We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Regional Leader to become an integral part of our vibrant team. Our leadership is recognized for delivering exceptional care to our residents while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented workplace.
Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for steering and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives for various senior living communities within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Formulate and execute regional sales and marketing strategies that align with the overarching goals of the organization.
2. Collaborate with community leadership to create and implement localized sales and marketing plans aimed at enhancing occupancy and revenue.
3. Provide training and mentorship to community sales teams to elevate their sales capabilities and ensure they achieve their targets.
4. Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to pinpoint opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies as necessary.
5. Work in conjunction with the corporate marketing team to develop and uphold marketing materials, ensuring uniform branding across all communities.
6. Represent Navion Senior Solutions at industry conferences, events, and other promotional activities.
7. Maintain precise and current sales and marketing metrics and reports for senior management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the senior living sector, including leadership roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of the senior living market and industry trends.
- Proven success in meeting sales objectives and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally for business engagements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
