Position Overview:

As a Regional Operations Leader, you will:
  • Play a pivotal role in cultivating a thriving and successful environment at your assigned locations.
  • Support the District Manager in managing daily operations across multiple venues.
  • Offer operational assistance to various parks while empowering managers and team members to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing and managing daily operations across all departments within the parks.
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring Assistant General Managers and Crew Members.
  • Managing park expenditures and inventory in line with Profit & Loss statements.
  • Driving the achievement of revenue targets related to memberships, birthday celebrations, and special events.
  • Building positive relationships within the local community for marketing and recruitment initiatives.
  • Ensuring that park attractions are safe and well-maintained for all members, guests, and staff.
  • Collaborating with General Managers and corporate teams on various needs, including Guest Services, Facilities, Marketing, and People & Culture.
  • Delivering an outstanding experience for all members and guests.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of general management experience.
  • Experience leading teams in high-traffic customer service environments.
  • The ability to motivate performance, provide constructive feedback, hold team members accountable, and celebrate achievements.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred.
  • The ability to travel locally and potentially to other regions based on district requirements.
  • The flexibility to work weekends and holidays as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates should be able to:
  • Consistently move for extended periods within the parks.
  • Communicate and interact frequently with employees and customers in a bustling indoor environment.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary range of $87,000 to $100,000, plus performance-based bonuses.

  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan with company matching.
